Why reach out
ToolCubby is a free, browser-only toolkit, and we genuinely want to hear from you. Whether something isn't behaving the way you expect, you have an idea for a new tool, or a page could be explained more clearly, your message helps us make the site better for everyone.
We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. If you don't hear back, a short follow-up is welcome — a little extra detail is often all we need to help.
Reach us at hello@toolcubby.com. For a bug report, please tell us which tool you were using, your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone), and a short description of the issue so we can reproduce it quickly.
Common reasons to contact us
- Reporting a bug or an unexpected result from a tool.
- Suggesting a new tool or category you'd like us to build.
- Asking how to use a particular calculator or converter.
- Giving feedback on the design, speed or clarity of a tool.
- Pointing out a typo or a confusing explanation on a page.
